Water and Power are on at this property after Hurricane Helene. The water should only be used to flush toilets. Charm absolutely ABOUNDS at The Spruce House! Enjoy the tucked-away cottage atmosphere while being conveniently located between Black Mountain and Asheville with easy access to hiking trails, local restaurants and breweries, and quaint shops. After a day of exploring, cozy up around the firepit with a glass of wine or make s'mores! All of the relaxing charm will leave you wishing for "just one more day" at The Spruce House!
This home is Pet Friendly, should you choose to bring a pet there will be a $75 pet fee added to your reservation, with $35 for each additional pet. We advertise on multiple platforms and sometimes our pet fee does not populate in your reservation. If you decide to bring a pet, please notify the host, we will add your $75 pet fee to your reservation. Failure to notify us of the pet will result in a $250 penalty.
