Welcome to Fox Lake! Relax with the whole family at this stunning cabin nestled inside a gated community, surrounded by trees with a lake view. The home offers sleeping for 12 with large entertaining spaces. Enjoy the wrap around porch, hot tub, and fire pit. Within the community, enjoy the lake, swimming pool, walking trails, picnic and playground area.

Located in Nebo, nearby activities to Fox Lake include five wineries within a 20 mile radius. At nearby South Creek Winery you can enjoy panoramic views alongside their award-winning Bordeaux Style Wines, scenic vineyards and century-plus aged Italian Renaissance Farmhouse.

There are things to do in almost every direction! Catawba Meadows Park is just 17 miles away in Morganton, offering a 2.5 mile greenway along the Catawba River, zip lining, an 18-hole disc golf course, and a massive playground for the littles. Morganton also offers many shopping and eating options in the historic downtown area, and free outdoor concerts in season. Quaint small town Marion is 16 miles, offering more shopping and eating options. Love to hike and be outdoors? Lake James is 17 miles away, and South Mountains State Park Clear Creek Access is just 13 miles away. Boat rentals, fishing, biking, and swimming are available at Lake James. There are numerous waterfall hikes within easy reach, including Linville Falls, as well as horseback riding and "real" gem mining.

Interior Features Include: Rustic, log cabin with lake views. Beautifully stained wood table seats 6 - 7 guests. Additional seating can be found near the wood stove and on the covered deck. Full kitchen equipped with all essentials, stainless appliances and drip coffee maker. 3 TV’s in the home. Towels, Linens, and Starter Package of soap etc are included.

Accommodations: Sleeps 12 guests. The large owners retreat on the main floor has a queen-size bed, large closet, and en-suite bathroom. Upper level offers a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom and also full-sized bunk beds with a twin trundle in the loft. Game room is located downstairs which includes plenty of board games, a pool table, dart board, foosball and other activities to enjoy time together. Dish TV is provided for movies/tv. Two roll-away twin beds are provided as well.

Exterior Features And Amenities: Wrap around deck with covered and open sections with plenty of outdoor seating. Fenced in backyard, charcoal grill, firepit area, hot tub and lake view.

Please note: Guests at this home have access to all Hidden Lake amenities, including the community pool which is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Fishing in the lake is catch and release only and you must bring your own fishing gear. Dish TV is provided for movies/tv, but wireless internet is limited. It is available for working remotely (there are desks in two bedrooms) and surfing the web. We're sorry but you are not able to stream movies or play online games through the internet due to the limited connectivity of the provider. Kayaks pictured are for owner use only.
Please note: This home is Pet Friendly, should you choose to bring a pet there will be a $75 pet fee added to your reservation, with $35 for each additional pet. We advertise on multiple platforms and sometimes our pet fee does not populate in your reservation. If you decide to bring a pet, please notify the host, we will add your $75 pet fee to your reservation. Failure to notify us of the pet will result in a $250 penalty.
